Susan Shaw designed this necklace in memory of the great Queen Elizabeth II.  On this coin, the Queen is portrayed wearing the diamond diadem.  The legend reads Elizabeth II D G REG F D 1992.  The letters stand for the latin words Dei Gratia Regina Fidei Defensor which translates to "By the Grace of God, Queen and Defender of the Faith."
