Beautiful 2 inch round rhinestone brooch in a pinwheel shape!  This Hattie Carnegie brooch is composed of several overlapping rhinestone wedges. The wedges are bordered in blue baguette rhinestones that hold in the small round multifaceted clear rhinestones composing the majority of the wedge.
